Cindy and Pascal founded Switzerland Wedding Company over 21 years ago and have been leading it ever since.
Together, they have spent years creating intimate, nature-focused experiences in the Swiss Alps, working closely with couples from around the world.
Cindy brings a highly creative eye, deep sensitivity to nature, and an intuitive approach to crafting meaningful moments outdoors.
Pascal complements this with a calm, grounded presence, professional photography expertise, and the ability to lead outdoor ceremonies with warmth and confidence.

Lukas grew up in Switzerland, loving to spend as much time as possible in nature as well and growing up with the wedding and event planning business, he has lifelong experience of professional customer services and international tourism. He has been busy with many entrepreneurial pursuits and loves organic community building, learning new skills and what inspires others from around the world.
With a deep sense of passion for wellbeing and a belief in life’s unlimited potential and human kindness, he thrives in meeting and working with people from all around the world.
